Internet Content Rating?

Internet pages in Taiwan (especially for web page URLs with the .tw extension) are now required to adopt a content rating system. The Government Information Office setup a non-profit foundation called TICRF, or Taiwan Internet Content Rating Foundation, to promote this service. ISPs and portals are now required to label pages with sexual or violent languages / photos.

The system is similar to the one developed by ICRA, and the plug-in will only work in MS Internet Explorer.

In fact 這個plug-in對一般user是超難安裝的.
