Yahoo! Creative Commons Search (Beta)

On the description page, it said:

What is this?

This is Yahoo! Search for Creative Commons content. It will help you find content on the Web - text, books, educational material, etc. - that is free to share or build upon.

"Free" ? Better to address as "Available"!

Also, Yahoo may wish to enhance thier COPY INFRINGEMENT policy (http://docs.yahoo.com/info/terms/, see #24)

BTW, where is our beloved Google this time?
