Today Neustar, a neutral phone number clearing house in the U.S., went public today. The offering price set at $22, and opened at $25, closed $26.
Congrats to Neustar and my dear friends who associate with them (p.s. I heard that my dear friend Ken Hansen has pursued another endeavor). Neustar also won the contract of cell phone number portability service in Taiwan, and a relatively small role on them is to act as a foreign registry for "tw." domain name registration.
